CUSTOM ORDERS
For additional sizes, please contact us via email. We can custom make depending on availability of fabric, please allow 2 weeks lead time for custom orders.For size 2T-8Y, there will not be any additional charge. Size from 8T-12T will be charged with 10-15 USD extra depends on the type of fabric. Sales promotion are not applied to custom orders.
PRIVACY POLICY
We do not sell or share any customer information with third parties. Our online security provides ordering with maximum security and privacy.
SHIPPING POLICY
Orders placed Monday-Friday before 3PM PST (excluding holidays) will ship within 5 business days pending availability and credit verification. All orders placed after 3 PM EST will begin processing on the next business day.
We are in no way responsible for any delays in shipping including local delivery errors or international customs issues.

Shipping and handling costs are based on the total price of your merchandise.We use USPS first class and Priority mailfor domestic USA deliver. USPS first class mail and Priority mail for international order, and therefore are unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses, as well as P.O. Boxes. Sales tax is only charged to customers who are California State residents.

RETURN POLICY
If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return it to us (unused in its original condition) within ten days of receiving it. Please email us at info@suviainoa.com for pre-authorization and return instruction.
We will refund the complete purchase price minus the cost of shipping. Please note you are responsible for the cost of shipping merchandise back to us. Once we have received your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.
Damage/defect claims must be made within 5 business days of package arrival.
All final sale merchandise has no returns, no exchanges and no store credit given.
